Say hello to Frank Bolsø

We are happy to welcome Frank to the Flintab team! With over 17 years of experience in the scale industry, of which more than 10 years focused on vehicle scales, he now takes a position as a salesperson in our Norwegian company.

Frank comes most recently from a long career in vehicle scales both in Sweden and Norway, where he has worked as a salesperson while also helping develop the market. That Norway became his focus area was obvious, both because he himself is Norwegian and because he has built up a deep knowledge of the market, the industry, and the competitors over many years.

– “I know the market in Norway and am aware of the competitors, the industry, and the products. Moreover, it feels safe that Flintab AS already has service technicians in Norway. That is an important part of being able to develop and expand in a new market,” Frank explains.

Sees great potential in Norway

For Frank, Flintab’s establishment in Norway is an exciting opportunity. He sees strong development potential and many interesting companies to collaborate with.

– “Flintab has a good foundation to stand on and I look forward to developing both new and existing customers in Norway, both in vehicle scales and service. My vision aligns well with how Flintab AS wants to grow.”

New challenges and opportunities

What he looks forward to the most in his new role is building a new customer portfolio.

– “The most enjoyable challenge will be seeing the growth, following the development in the industry, and being there when we deliver complete solutions. When you can offer both good products and good service, there are no limitations.”

Fun fact about Frank

In his free time, much of Frank’s time has been dedicated to the family’s major interest – horses. His daughter has competed for many years, and riding has therefore shaped the everyday life of the entire family. Personally, Frank has a great interest in skiing, something he often could do spontaneously at home in Norway – and which he still misses a bit extra.
